[Tilesathome] Requesting rendering of z8 tiles

>From the TaH map you can also request rendering of z8 tiles. But when
I am at z8 and press 'r', the caption says "Render 'tile,maplint,captionless'
(12,179,80) at priority 1". So it requests a render at z12.
If you also look the the tile details you'll see no request for the tile
at z8, but you will find a request for the tile at z12 (which is of course
in a totally different part of the world).

Is this a bug? Is the 12 hardcoded?
