[Tilesathome] Feature Request: Request Render from Static Map

Hi everyone,

If a few people agree with me, could we add a link to make a render request
for the center tile when viewing with the static tile browser? There was a
similar feature in place in the previous T at H server. e.g. "Render this"
would point to the request for the center x,y,z when viewing:
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/?layer=tile&z=12&x=3497&y=2134

I'd be happy to send in a patch, spaetz, but it seems like there would be
more work in applying the patch than making the change to the template file.
