[Tilesathome] Lowzoom projection problem with or/p?

Has or/p developed a lowzoom projection problem now?

The caption layer which I recently generated using or/p has the caption 
in the wrong place, the tile layer which was stiched using an older 
caption layer has it in the correct place.
 
If you don't see two captions then the lowzoom has probably been 
restitched using the  new caption layer since i sent this.
