[Tilesathome] tah server: timezone issues

I've seen this, too.
For instance on a Tile Details-page like
<http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/1234/5678> (the URL
is just an example) that I had requested a few minutes ago. But on the
page I read that my request was more than 2 hours ago.

And even in the "log" on <http://tah.openstreetmap.org> I saw such time
jumps yesterday.

And it just happend again. The time in the log jumps from 08-08-17-09:27:44

08-08-17-07:29:31
08-08-17-07:30:51
08-08-17-07:31:50
08-08-17-07:32:13
