[Tilesathome] Dual Core under windows

Good evening.

I have an Intel C2D and want to use both cores.
If a change Fork to 1 i get a perl error.

Now i want to install the windows client of t at h two times.
But at the moment i must set the path from pngnq at my enviroment variable.
Why i can`t define this program path at the conf file? If i can do this 
i can install t at h for a second time and can run two instance on the same 
time to use both cores.
Or is there another alternative?
