The upload times in http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/show/uploads/ seem
to have no jumps. But they are "shown" as '0 minutes' and '2 hours'
sometimes.

The last contact times in http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/show/ are
sometimes a) stored with the wrong time and b) sometimes shown with the
wrong time (which corrects bug a) for some requests :-)
