[Tilesathome] Water mixed with coast and visa-versa in Reykjavík

I had a look in josm, there was a 119 node section of coastline going in 
the wrong direction across the two tiles that were showing incorrectly.
I've fixed and requested a re-render so it should be ok shortly.
