[Tilesathome] Request render from tile details screen

When you are at a details screen for a tile (e.g. 
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/1609/2094/), there is a 
button to request a rerender of that tile. This worked, up to now. When I click 
the button I get a HTML page saying:
form is not valid.

           o This field is required.
