It's removing the Working Directory before rendering. Could it be that you have Fork=1 set? As found out in another mail that seems to be currently broken and I am about to fix it.

let me know if you use fork=1, that would help me a lot.

No they shouldn't, but they always have been, and I am reorganizing too much at the moment to also change that behavior.... If you find a way so we don't have to rewrite the mapfatures file with a "<bounds>" tag inserted for every job, that would be great.
