[Tilesathome] Problem under windows again

You are not assuming that tilesGen.pl xy 17275 10574 15 would ever work. 
Are you? Because it won't. base zoom levels should always be base 
tilesets, e.g. those a z6 or those a z12. I am not even sure what will 
happen if you use zoom level 15 :-).
So I would suggest that  you do the corresponding z12 tileset instead...

That is a batik error. I have not touched that and cannot comment on it. 
  But Jiri Klement (spelling?) was changing symbols in the osmarender 
directory, i believe, and that could have caused something like this.
