Not actually confuse but yes - it seems there is something like that. I
was astonished to see that actually empty sea tiles get requested from
an t at h client of mine. It tried to download data and returned a "NoData"
which i confused as beeing a misconception of an empty tile beeing the
same as NoData. I later saw though that another client successfully
rendered and uploaded the client.
So yes - the actually "bug" was not returning NoData for an actually
empty tile but rather an empty tile beeing requested.
