[Tilesathome] Hanging after upload

My client sometimes hangs with 0% CPU usage after a successful upload. The
status message says "uploaded 3 zip files." and then sits there until I
control-c and restart loop mode.

I have Fork=2 set, so perhaps it is waiting for an API bbox call to finish,
but I don't see a message in the log.

Any ideas about what might cause this?
