I know it was wrong in oceantiles, that is what I meant by 'fixing ocean 
tiles' in my email.
Rev 10266 was me checking in oceantile changes for this and other 
surrounding incorrect tiles into 'stable'.
Not being that familiar with svn how are we going to best handle 
oceantile changes with multiple branches given that the two files being 
changed are binary?
