This would be a good feature as the tiles would be overwritten on the
server anyway. Better to save bandwidth and overwrite them on the client.
But the client_uuid is in there to tell the uploading client which
uuid to tell the server when uploading an tileset. If you find
another way of conveying this information - go ahead.
