[Tilesathome] Can't locate tahlib.pm error under windows

I want to start t at h without any environment variables and get this error:

C:\>C:\TilesAtHome\perl\bin\perl.exe

C:/TilesAtHome/perl/site/lib C:/TilesAtHome/perl/lib .) at

c:\TilesAtHome\tilesAtHome\tilesGen.pl line 32.

Why it search in the perl directory, because the file is located in the 
C:\TilesAtHome\tilesAtHome directory?

And loopmode don`t work for me. At the second run i get the same 
problem, no data here, silecend, thats all.
