There are two Iceland labels displayed on the t at h layer at z3-z5 now,
one in the right place over Iceland and one in the Arctic ocean west
of Jan Mayen:

I downloaded node[place=country] and node[name=Iceland] via xapi and
the only country tag with Iceland was the correct one, and the only
things named Iceland are the country tag and a handful of grocery
stores in the British isles, so this seems to be a problem in the
renderer.
