[Tilesathome] lowzoom produces ugly tiles

i use the threaded branch and work on him ;) i added over the weakend the
lowzoom mod (to the thraeded support) and have many tests runned ;)

i use a amd64 and a x86 system, the 64bit system is my main desktop and test
machine and on the 32bit system run the long time tests

i add pix donwload via threads and have a bit the workflow optimized (pix
download init before data download+rendering)

ok then is on debian <= 6.4.5.4 broken
