[Tilesathome] Uploaded tilesets are not handled

Hi List,

the server currently seems to not handle the uploaded tilesets. At least it is 
very delayed. A tileset which I've uploaded three hours ago is still in the 
queue.

Also manually generated tilesets (lowzoom) are not displayed.
