[Tilesathome] Feature request: NoName highlighting in Osmarender map

OK, here's my request:

The residential-without-name rule should be generalized as road-without-name and
apply to all roads apart from footways, tracks, and service roads.  (There may
be more exclusions needed but they can be added later.)

To make the maplint output less cluttered, this particular rule
road-without-name should not print text on the map.  It should just highlight
the sides of the road and leave the inside of the road blank so that people who
want to write in the missing road name can do so.

In other words, the rule should behave more like the NoName map you can see on
the OSM website.
