[Tilesathome] coastlines draw show diffs

hi Martijn,

the coastline checker checkt costlines
i check the png2tileinfo/oceantiles_12.* daten from t at h renderer
this data say the renderer wat tileset a land/see or mixed=coastline tile is

a buged region

and i write now a automated fix/update tool for this problem

my compare have current ~40000 bad tiles found and this to fix manual its a pain 
and not real job... do fix the osm dataten and the coastlines and not manual 
this dataset ;)
