Makes sense. That one should be quite small in my opinion. About 1 meter
 at z17 and about 1 png pixel at z12.

Looks good to me. For the minimum / maximum width I used a factor 10
less / more than the default width. You used different limits in
z12-z14. Any particular reason for your choice?
