The delay value was bogus: a number of tilesets were left 'hanging'
earlier today due to the disk filling up. As a result, their metadata
files were still around (even though the tilesets had been loaded). It's
possible that up to a dozen tilsets were lost due to the disk filling
up: if so, I apologize, but if you've uploaded anything more than an
hour old at this point, you should probably render and upload again.
