[Tilesathome] Issue with invalid preferences.xml

Hello,
I'm running tile at home for several weeks, but in the last week I got the problem 
that the file preferences.xml is corrupted. 

So the there comes an error message and the process stops. 

Could anybody give a hint, to solve this problem ?
