Hi,
i am seeing a strange issue with the new code on very rare occasions.
It looks like the webserver did only serv parts (the beginning) of the
png file so sometimes i am having tiles which stop in the middle e.g.
the lower half beeing empty.

I'd not rule out my client side but i have never seen it with mapnik or
osmarender-old ...
