The path is correct, but there is no tileset file yet there. I fixed this now, try the URL again and see if the output is better now. There is no hardcoded path in there (anymore), it's taken from the Settings.

Doh, it was indeed using months rather than minutes. In addition it used a wrong timezone information. I fixed this by setting the correct timezone in the settings.py file.

Fixed the zoom levels. Adding layers shouldn't be a problem. Remind me if I haven't done it in a few days.
