[Tilesathome] Unnecessary sleeps still in clients?

It will increase sleep duration on failure, just as before and reduce it by 25% after a successfull upload, if I have read the code right.
The server was quite overloaded (for some t at h related and some t at h unrelated reasons, so their might have been quite a lot failures.
