[Tilesathome] http://tah.openstreetmap.org/MapOf/ broken?

There were a couple of other changes in the latest version of MapOf
too, which affected the mediawiki plugin:

(1) It doesn't centre on the position you specify (it centres on the
tile your position is in, but aligns all tiles with the edge of the
image)
(2) It doesn't return the image size you specify (rounds it up to
nearest 256px in each direction)

I put up a copy of the old software on dev:
