Hi,

    since we now have the data layer which will give a detailed, 
factually correct run-down of every object's history complete with all 
users who have modified an object, I suggest to finally remove the "(c) 
username" from the z17 rendering.

(1) it's unfairly biased towards roads (no username given for buildings 
or waterways)

(2) it's unfairly biased towards the person having made the last edit

(3) it is a cartographic nightmare

(4) in the eyes of the normal user, having "(c) username" contradicts 
the freedom aspect of our project. (I know this contradiction is not 
real but many seem to find the (c) strange.)

I am willing and able to execute the removal but wanted to discuss the 
matter first.
