[Tilesathome] New client error feedback API

The client now sends authentication info (as POST, like on upload)
Please, everyone that has made personal changes in any of the svn 
controlled files (everything except tilesAtHome.conf and 
authentication.conf), make sure you have the current respective 
versions. (you can check with "svn status").
