I've done some tests to last 4 000 000 lines of log (thats from
2008-05-09). I've detected complete uploads by "upload at once",
uncomplete uploads by "(z12) moved from".

Here are results:

When I started at 2008-05-09, there where 7 times more complete
uploads than uncomplete uploads. Now it's only 1,75x more. That's
quite strange, I don't belive tiles are getting more complex that
fast.
