[Tilesathome] space or tabstop in osmarender files

I was going to fix ticket #700 today but frankly couldn't make sense  
of what was done when on account of this mess, so I cleaned up osm-map- 
features-z6-17.xml.

I used 4 spaces for indenting, if anybody violently disagrees it's  
easy to change it.

The CSS is still a mess, I started fixing up the z17 css a bit but  
quickly tired, it's not that important either.

I apologize if anybody was working on style changes and have to merge  
this in.

Now I'll see if I can find some nice way to handle the problems in  
#700 (highway areas), at least after looking the stylesheets over so  
many times I know what is done before/after other things...
