[Tilesathome] Huge maplint SVG files

I've checked and it only affect rendering by  xmlstarlet . With or/p 
everything is OK. So I will switch to or/p.

Now the same tile  2387,1333 (zoom 12) . SVG for maplint generated by 
xmlstarlet is 72M .
