[Tilesathome] Captionless tiles and forest

Hi
Why areas tagged with natural=wood are not rendered on captionless tiles ?
Have a look:
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/info.php?x=2311&y=1312&z=12&layer=captionless
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/info.php?x=2311&y=1312&z=12&layer=tile
Does this mean that forest will not appear on tiles zoom 11-  ?
