No, I *think* the limit is a 6 hours.
plus, if the server upload queue is full, the risk is very low that the
timed-out tileset will be handed to another client, because it's put
back at the end of the queue (IIRC).

I haven't looked at the current server code though, so the above
information might be outdated.

I'd not upload zips a day old or more.

Yes that check should be in the client. Patches welcome.
