[Tilesathome] error with xobjex

It's nothing to worry about.

xmlstarlet doesn't handle references to external xml documents and so gives
that warning.

Osmarender is attempting to get the current date from the xobjex service.
This is only used to provide a copyright date when attribution is displayed
as part of the output.

t at h doesn't use the attribution display option so it doesn't affect it's
operation.
