Ahh. No. That's:
 * Re-requested the first time after 2 hours
 * If, 6 hours after the tileset was taken agai, it as still out for
   another 6, it's requested again. 
 * If, 24 hours after it's taken a third time, it's still not back, it's
   requested again.

As I understand it.
