I have not referred to any svg standard, because I haven't read any
standards documents. What I'm referring to is basically image resizing,
which is not standardized as far as I know, when it comes to the default
for "keep aspect ratio".
The best thing would be if your renderer supported both. (resize, keep
aspect, resize, fit to output/fill output).
