[Tilesathome] new client version "Quickborn" rev. 7960

[Dirk-Lüder Kreie]

The new client uses AppConfig for configuration handling.
This allows for command-line overriding of config options

i.e. if you want to set verbose without editing the config files you can 
now use

./tilesGen.pl --verbose=1 xy 0 0 12

(works with loop mode as well)

compress and upload do not yet work with command-line override, but I'll 
implement that soon.
