[Tilesathome] Notice to batik users

For those people who use batik to render t at h tiles, a patch was
committed yesterday which *may* fix the "grey bar". If you want to
test it without upgrading your whole t at h installation (because you
don't have all the required modules) just do an SVN update in the
osmarender subdirectory to get the stylesheet update.

Note I said *may* because it fixes it on my test files but my testers
didn't get back to me. If anyone can confirm it solves the problem for
them, let me know. if you find one where it still breaks, send me the
SVG and I'll look into it.
