I forgot to mention that this version uses or/p as the default
osmarender, instead of XSLT. I figured most of the clients had made a
conscious decision for XSLT or orp by now anyway, so I didn't bother
announcing it too loudly. It turns out many people run it in default
config and got caught cold by the added dependencies.
partly updated installation instructions on the wiki (MacOS and Ubuntu
missing, Gentoo and Debian done).
