[Tilesathome] patch for place_of_worship-icons

I'm for integrating the patch ASAP.
If osmarender renders the icons on areas/buildings correct, people
will be "enforced" to tag these and don't add an extra tag.
I agree about the fact, that Mapnik is not jet rendering them correct
and thus could be some missing Icons on the map. But for me, correct
taging has priority.
