[Tilesathome] Upload failed

Hi,

do we have server-problems? After the client (t at h_unstable/windows) 
crashed with that can't locate "raise" I tried uploading the results 
manually. That fails with the following error:

[#1   0% upload] Uploading tile_12_2126_1400_45541.zip... Error 
uploading tile_12_2126_1400_45541.zip to 
http://server.tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/upload/: 500 write failed: 
Unknown error at lib/Upload.pm line 211.

Could the error message from the server be a bit more specific?
