[Tilesathome] drawing icons on areas

I'm jttt. Unfortunatelly I was really busy last days so I didn't have
time to apply the patch (it's not that easy, you may need to add
offset for areas which have both name and icon, see patch for
place_of_worship-icons thread). It would be great if somebody else
apply the patch.
