There are no problems that I know of. I'll have a look at the server
health this evening. I'll check the server logs for error 500.

Thanks for the test file. Have you tried uploading it via the web
interface? http://server.tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/upload/

Do you get error 500 when uploading?
