This probably isn't new in this patch is it? According to
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Deprecated_features
historic=museum was the old version before tourism=museum became the
new recommendation back in January.

Whether the rules should be changed to remove "deprecated features"
if they are still numerous within the database is another
discussion, though.
