[Tilesathome] Where do I send change requests for oceandat?

Hi List!

I have a change request for the oceandat file and don't know where to send it.
Is this list the right address? Could this info be added to the README file in 
png2tileinfo directory?

Here is the request: Tile 1950,1534 is rendered not corretly. Oceandat says 
it's a mixed area. I've tested it with changing the type to land and then 
everything is fine. Please change type in svn.
