[Tilesathome] Glaciers render incorrectly for me (but not others?) on z12

I'm using inkscape 0.46-2.lenny1 under debian/testing. I have no local
patches to t at h but when I render a glacier (example attached) it turns
out blue and not white with a blue-ish border. When other clients
later overwrite my tiles they are rendered correctly so it seems
others don't have this problem.

All the other zoom levels are rendered correctly however, I've
attached some examples of z13 in a zip file.
