[Tilesathome] Which oceantiles.dat is used for display?

So it works as I hoped, and the client does not need the oceantiles.dat anymore.
But apparently something is wrong, because I made changes to the location I
posted several days ago. I assume the blank legacy tile is gone, as
Sebastian(?) said they would be after moving to the new server, and because
the tileinfo says "Displaying empty tile based on oceantiles.dat".

So why does the server still display sea? Does it have an old version of
oceantiles.dat, and if so: why?
