I have set one of my computers to "english windows setting" - then  
everything  works fine. But I would prefer the "right" setting ","  
used as decimal seperator.

Requesting a specific tile works also with "german" setting as well as  
starting
the client / stopping it after the first job and start again (and so  
on) only in
loop mode the problem appears.
