[Tilesathome] Some Tiles seems to be inverted (land / sea)

Depends on the location. If they are on land, they should show up as empty land. If a tile in the sea is "Displaying empty tile based on oceantiles.dat" and it is empty land than oceantiles.dat needs correcting.
